We’ve hosted three very successful sessions of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University here at The Vineyard. We’re ready to host the fourth.
Here are the details:
- Free preview session
- Sunday, August 29th, 2010 at 3:30 pm
- First class session will be held on Sunday, September 12th, 2010 at 3:30 pm and will run for 13 weeks (except Easter Sunday)
There is no cost for the class other than you must purchase the materials and membership from Dave’s web site. They can be purchased directly at https://www.daveramsey.com/store/prod614.html. The cost for the materials and membership in FPU is $109.00 plus shipping.
The normal class routine will be:
- A short introduction to the class session by the facilitator
- The lesson, taught by Dave, shown from the DVD
- A short discussion or practical exercise
- Dinner and social time
- The total time for the class portion is 1 hour. Social time can last as long as people want to stay.
What this class is not:
- Learning about or recruiting for a business
Although there is a lesson about jobs and education, that’s not the main focus of the class - Learning about systems to be financially independent by earning gobs of money
The only “system” this class teaches is how to handle the money you already make better - Learning the “easy way” to financial freedom
There is no real “easy way.” This class teaches how to do things “right” and that takes hard work and dedication. The results are well worth the effort, though.
